Progress on Horse Grenadiers

Well I have neary finished the second batch of horses and the troopers are getting there.
There seems to be a problem with downloading the pictures to the blog at the moment.
So once I can do that, you will be able to see the progress on this regiment.

Not long to Saulte 09 now and I am really, really looking forward to this as we are only a few days away now. My shopping list is getting longer but the new pontoon set from Hat, looks like they will not be there in time for the show.

Update on the Horse Grenadiers

Hi All,

I am still doing DIY at home and have not done much in the way of painting over the past month. Although I have finished the first batch of eight horses and I have nearly finished the second batch. The first batch of troopers are going well but not fast enough.

I did try to take some pictures over the weekend but with black horses they did not come out too well, so I will try to get some up here by the end to the week.

SALUTE ZERO NINE

Well it's March already and this is one of my favourite months for me as it's not long now to SALUTE 09.The date 28th March 10 am-5 pm.

I have been to the pass two years at the Excel Centre in London and I must say what a show it is. This year the entry fee has gone up to £11 (Under 11's Free) In the goodie bag, that you get each year, (For the first 4,000 people) is a fine collectors set of the Zulu Warrior and British Rifleman in combat by Black Scorpion.

I hope to spend all of my pennys that I have saved up as there are a lot of new figures out there to buy. I will let you know what I brought.
